CNR network news October 30th (reporter Man Zhaoxu) according to voice of china CNR news, AQSIQ today (30) held the "e-commerce product quality improvement action" launching ceremony. The "Double Eleventh" is coming, and management agencies will take measures to improve the quality of e-commerce products.
At the ceremony, the AQSIQ officially launched the e-commerce product quality information public service platform. The platform will release some quality supervision and spot check information of e-commerce, make consumption warning to consumers, and provide authoritative inquiry information for e-commerce platform, such as standard (distribution) authentication information, organization code, industrial product production license and product quality risk test results of e-commerce.
In addition, at the launching ceremony, AQSIQ also released the results of spot checks on the quality supervision of 14 kinds of e-commerce products, such as children's toys in 2014. The results show that the quality of e-commerce products in China needs to be improved, and the overall pass rate is only 73.9%. Among the 14 products, the detection rate of 7 products is over 30%. Major problems, such as small appliances, plush cloth toys, have more potential safety hazards. There are 21 batches of unqualified mobile sockets, kettles, hairdryers and indoor household appliances. The unqualified rate is 20%. Among them, 95.2% of unqualified products have potential quality and safety hazards. In 213 batches of apparel products, 61 batches of unqualified products were detected, of which 43 batches were found to contain inaccurate ingredients. The unqualified rate of plush cloth toys is as high as 40%. The unqualified physical and mechanical properties of footwear and backpacks are very prominent.
In addition, the phenomenon of non-standard labeling of product marks is also very serious. In the process of product traceability, the actual addresses of 25 enterprises are inconsistent with the labeled addresses, the actual names of 13 enterprises are inconsistent with the labeled names, and the connection mode of 16 enterprises labeling does not exist at all. This situation has a great impact on the work of sample and result validation. During the retrospective process, three companies claimed that their products were counterfeited. The batch products produced by six enterprises are suspected of not being compulsory, that is, no 3C certification.
